Deacons
Whereas elders are charged with the governing of the church, the deacons are charged with the care and nurturing of the church. At Central Presbyterian Church, deacons serve a two-year term, plus a youth representative who serves a one-year term; our Parish Associate for Pastoral Care is the board's moderator
