Fees for Ceremonies and Receptions

All fees are due 30 days before the ceremony. They may be mailed or brought to the church:

Fees for the staff and facility are payable to CPC.

Members (active members for at least one year before the ceremony)

Facilities: No Charge

Custodian:

$125 minimum, which includes 1 hour for the rehearsal and 4 hours for the ceremony. Additional time required for setup or cleanup is charged at $15/hour.
$75 for reception
Note: kitchen cleanup is the responsibility of the caterer.

Organist: Generally $325; possibly more, depending on the complexity of the music and any rehearsals with soloists. For soloists, add $25 per song. If a guest organist is used, there is a $50 fee for Nathan Quiring to consult with the guest organist.
(Fee effective for weddings booked after Nov 1, 2014)

Pastor: No charge.

Wedding director: $325. Required for all weddings. Additional time at rehearsal is charged at $20/hour.

Cancellation policy: No refunds will be given if canceled less than 30 days before the wedding date. The wedding deposit is non-refundable.

Non-Members (including members of less than 1 year)

Facilities:

$500 includes 4 hours’ sanctuary use for ceremony and 1 hour sanctuary use for rehearsal. A deposit of $200 is required to hold the date, with the balance due 30 days before the ceremony. The church is normally opened 2 hours before the ceremony, at which time air conditioning/heat will be turned on. Any additional time for use of the facilities is charged at $30 per hour.
$125 for Smoot Hall (Also available for a Rehearsal Dinner – ask for more information!)
$25 for a small ceremony (couple and two witnesses; no decorations)

Damage deposit: A separate damage deposit of $500 is due 2 weeks before the ceremony. Providing there is no damage, the check will not be deposited and will be returned to you within 2 weeks after the ceremony. Note: This deposit will be forfeited if alcohol is brought into the church.
