It’s the oldest creed of them all! The Presbyterian Church (USA)’s Book of Confessions begins with it. It’s the earliest and most central statement of what Christians have believed since 325 BCE.

Learn the ancient history taking place in Nicea, a little town in modern Turkey. Uncover its complicated political and theological context during Rome’s last days, as well as its significance for the church today. It’s a history we know little about—so you’re invited to begin a new year by learning something that’s really worth knowing!
