Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Neighbors Helping Neighbors is an arm of CPC with a focus on helping our unhoused neighbors.

In addition to operating Central Mission on Thursdays, CPC coordinates downtown efforts on homelessness and participates in advocacy to help better address our neighbors’ needs.

The Neighbors Helping Neighbors Program:

-Advocates for shelter, housing and mental healthcare with the City, State, and other organizations.

-Co-leads the downtown cluster meetings to bring together churches, nonprofits and other agencies to share resources and spread awareness about the needs and gaps in the system.

-Provides opportunities for our unhoused neighbors to have a voice in advocacy and participate in activities along with us.
